Air, Electric and Hot Gas Defrost unit Coolers Model LFA features very low coil face velocity yet provides
positive, quiet air movement. This combination assures even box temperatures
and high humidity at the same time. LFA unit coolers equal or outperform
gravity coils but are far more economical to install. Their low, narrow
construction was designed especially for installation between the rail
beams in meat storage and aging rooms. The high humidity characteristics
minimize shrinkage, and dehydration of produce. Model LFA has been designed
for the attractive appearance and easy cleaning necessary in food processing.
Low Air Flow
Air, Electric and Hot Gas Defrost unit Coolers Model LW low air flow evaporators is ideal for floral storage,
fresh fruit and vegetables, dough retarding, fresh meat storage and preparations,
and many other applications of 35¡F. and above for LWA air defrost models,
25¡F and above for LWE electric / LWG hot gas models. The low air flow
and quiet fans are ideal for work room applications. The generous coil
surface combined with close T.D. system balance provides high humidity
characteristics to minimize product shrinkage and drying.
Center Mount
Air, Electric and Hot Gas Defrost unit Coolers Model CM units are compact, medium velocity coolers designed
for use in 35¡F. and above for ACW air defrost models,
-20¡F to +34¡F for ECW
electric / GCW hot gas models. The low height gives more head room and
allows product to be stacked higher. The center ceiling mount with dual
air flow allows shelving and storage of product around all walls.
