Wall and Ceiling Panels

• Cooler panels are constructed of expanded
  4" Polystyrene insulation.
• Freezer panels are constructed of rigid
  4" Urethane insulation.
• Panels are designed with tongue and groove
  type edges to insure vapor tight joints.
• Insulation is covered with an interior and
  exterior metal pan.
• Insulation and metal pan are bonded
  together with epoxy and pressed for 24 hours.
• Panels are fastened together with steel
  cam-lock fasteners mounted in a rigid,
  plastic block, spaced no more than 48" apart.
• Panel sizes up to 48" wide and 20Ó long.
  
  

Floor Panels

Like the ceiling and wall panels, floor panels are
constructed with a full 4" insulation. Insulation is
protected with 3/8" exterior plywood at the top
facing which gives a compressive strength of
approximately 600 lbs. per square foot. Top and
bottom of floor panels are metal covered, with
top side formed at the edges as an irregular Z to
avoid water and dust penetration. For the same
purpose, an aluminum "T" is placed at the joint
of the floor panels.

Corner Panels



For maximum rigidity, strength, easy and fast
assembly of the walk-in, corner panels are made
of only one piece of angular construction.


Assembly

Cam-lock fasteners installed in the panels are easily
locked with the use of an Allen wrench (provided
with walk-in), saving time and simplifying assembly.

Infitting Swing Doors

UES, Inc. Infitting swing and Infitting track swing
doors have the following features:

• Doors and frames are metal clad with 26 gauge,
  white stucco embossed galvanized steel.
• All hardware has a corrosion resistant protective
  coating. Neoprene gaskets on perimeter of door.
• Neoprene sweep type gasket on bottom edge
  of door.
• Door latch has a padlock provision with inside
  safety release. 
• All seams are sealed. 
• Foam-in-place, pour type, polyurethane insulation. 
• Freezer door will be equipped with a 115 volt
  heater cable.
• Track doors have an opening to allow passage
  of meat rail.
• Track opening will be covered with heavy
  duty gasket.
  
  

Overlap Swing doors

UES, Inc. overlap swing doors have the
following features:

• Doors and frames will be metal clad with 26
  gauge, white stucco embossed galvanized steel. 
• Heavy duty hardware has a corrosion resistant
  protective coating.
• Neoprene gaskets on perimeter of door.
• Neoprene sweep type gaskets on bottom
  edge of door.
• Heavy duty two-point latch system with
  outside pull handle and inside push handle.
• All seems are sealed Foam-in-place, pour type,
  polyurethane insulations.
• Freezer door will be equipped with a 115 volt
  header cable.
  

Banana Ripening Doors

UES, Inc. banana doors have the
following features:

• Doors and frames will be metal clad with 26
  gauge, white stucco embossed galvanized steel. 
• Heavy duty hardware has a corrosion resistant
  protective coating.
• Neoprene gaskets on perimeter of door.
• Neoprene sweep type gaskets on bottom
  edge of door.
• Heavy duty latches have padlock provision
  with inside safety release.
• Stationary door is secured with a chain pull
  latch and cane bolt.
• All seems are sealed.
• Foam-in-place, pour type, polyurethane
  insulations.
